About The Position
Join Carrier as a production associate and help build top-quality heating equipment. You’ll work with your hands, assembling parts, operating machines, and ensuring our products meet high standards—all in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and stand for 10 hours a day.
Responsibilities
- Assemble tubing, pipe fittings, sheet metal, motors, and other furnace components.
- Operate handheld power tools to fasten hardware and components.
- Operate machines, inspect and test products to ensure quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner (24 second cycle time).
- Follow site safety rules and report any environmental concerns immediately.
