Quanex is looking for a Production Associate to join our team in Mounds View, Minnesota. The targeted hourly rate for this position falls within a range of $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities. Requirements

High school education or equivalent preferred.
At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred.
Manual finger dexterity skills.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
Monitors product to ensure quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards.
Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes production reports and other documentation.
Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.
