Requirements
- Uphold high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Standing up to 10 hours per day.
- Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reading blueprints.
- Attention to detail.
- Digital literacy skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using small hand and power tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team to achieve production goals, taking ownership of the final product, ensuring the end product adheres to specifications and quality standards.
- Assemble components according to written work instructions and specifications.
- Support part inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Perform assigned daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a safe and organized work environment.
