About The Position

This role is for a 2nd Shift Production Associate responsible for operating spray equipment and performing tests. The associate will also operate equipment along the production line, pull and prepare parts for jobs, fill in for absent team members, and work overtime as needed to meet production goals. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• Attention to detail.
• Full body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to stand full shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous production experience is a plus.
