About The Position

Ensures the company's facility needs are met by providing services and maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operations of all equipment. Maintenance and/or repair of machines, equipment, buildings, or property.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED, strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in maintenance or repair.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders or receives and listens to oral instructions to determine work assignment.
• Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Cleans and lubricates parts of machinery.
• Installs and/or repairs wiring and electrical components.
• Paints and repairs woodwork and plaster.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
