Production Associate
About The Position
The Production Associate role involves various tasks on the production floor, including counting and stacking finished products, reading factory orders, and accurately reading gauges and other test equipment. This position requires the use of basic shop math, inspecting products, and accurately completing quality and administrative documents. Additionally, the associate will be responsible for cleaning functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and managing scrap. The role is a full-time, hourly position with shifts typically Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime and Saturday work as needed. Training will initially be on the first shift for approximately three weeks, with exact shift placement determined by production needs.
