About The Position

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing productivity, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our business. You’ll support several large client rollouts of Point-of-Sale devices by fulfilling client orders.

Requirements

  • Experience using a computer (email and Excel are must-haves; Oracle is a plus) and accessories (handheld scanners, printers).
  • High school diploma or equivalent related experience and/or military experience.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in production environments.
  • 1-2 years of experience in team collaboration.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a distribution, production fast-pace environment
  • Familiarity with POS electrical devices

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer orders, including picking, assembling/packing, and shipping.
  • Inject and download POS devices.
  • Meet daily quality goals.
  • Meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain inventory integrity.
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to uphold high standards of quality.
  • Ensure seamless operations to meet client expectations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks.
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
