About The Position

As a Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. Every day is different, and you’ll stay on the move. No experience is required as hands-on training and support are provided. This role offers opportunities for growth, advancement, and building a rewarding career. Marvin encourages Spanish speakers to apply and offers resources for English language learners. A $5,000 relocation bonus is offered for candidates who relocate for the role. Housing is not provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, which may include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines.
Work closely with a supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to the workday and increase earning potential.
