We provide high-quality sports surfaces for businesses, colleges, and events around the world! This role shall work in a team environment with other Associates and Operators on the production line to produce high-quality sport surface products. Adherence to production goals, safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are key to performing this job successfully.

Requirements

Self-starter; must be willing to work in a team environment.
Willing to work OT and/or some weekends as required.
Must be able to work on your feet, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for all scheduled hours.
Must be able to manipulate and move material weighing up to 100 lbs. either rolling, lifting or using hand cart.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
High attention to detail.
Ability to solve straightforward problems with a few concrete variables.
Must possess hand-eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an ambient temperature manufacturing environment is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work in a team environment with other Associates and Operators on the production line to produce high-quality sport surface products.
Adhere to production goals, safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Be willing to be trained and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and the facility, as required.
