About The Position

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Production Associates to support our Chicago facility operations. This role is responsible for preparing, configuring, and processing devices according to customer specifications, ensuring all products meet quality and deployment standards. Production Associates play a key role in the lifecycle of K–12 technology by performing tasks such as unboxing, imaging, enrolling, tagging, etching, and packaging devices for delivery to schools and districts. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured processes, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. This is a pre-opening opportunity as we prepare to launch our Chicago facility, with operations expected to begin by the end of Q2 2026.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift or move products (typically up to 20 lbs.).
  • Basic understanding of computers and networking concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Chrome OS.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with team members and clients in a professional manner.
  • Ability to document service and production work per company guidelines.
  • Knowledge of commonly used technical support concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Ability to work varying schedules based on operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience.
  • Experience with device imaging, staging, or IT asset preparation.
  • Familiarity with K–12 technology environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform production tasks including unboxing, imaging, enrolling, tagging, labeling, etching, and boxing of devices.
  • Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, wrapping, and securing items to ensure safe delivery.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient production and warehouse areas daily.
  • Verify device accuracy and ensure all customer-specific requirements are completed prior to shipment.
  • Document and track production work using company systems and tools.
  • Assist with inventory organization, staging, and movement of products within the facility.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during device setup and configuration.
  • Follow established workflows, processes, and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policies related to safety, data security, and operational procedures.
  • Support other operational areas as needed based on workload and business demands.
