About The Position

Full-time 1st shift Production Associate positions available in Cheswick, PA. No previous printing experience required — training provided. Starting pay is $14/hr, increasing to $15/hr after training. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with Saturday overtime available. No previous printing press experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates who are willing to learn and follow safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing and production equipment after completing training
• Assemble samples and building product components according to specifications
• Package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Wear required PPE and safety equipment
• Work effectively with team members and plant leadership
• Move between departments or work areas as assigned
• Learn and perform a variety of production tasks
• Lift and move finished products as required
