About The Position

Worldwide Foam is currently hiring Production Associates for our Wurtland, Kentucky facility. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who want a stable full-time opportunity with a company that values teamwork, consistency, and growth. As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process by assisting with machinery, inspecting products for quality, moving materials throughout the facility, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment. This is a physical, fast-paced position that is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and likes being part of a team that keeps production moving. Our Wurtland location offers a reliable Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour. We believe in promoting from within whenever possible and provide opportunities for employees to learn new skills and advance within the company.
