About The Position
This is a full-time Production Associate position on the 2nd shift, operating from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift. The role requires availability for all three shifts if needed for overtime coverage. Overtime and Saturday work may be required as needed. The position is located at the Fond du Lac Container Facility.
Requirements
- Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours
- Ability to work overtime as needed

- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
- Reading factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment

- Ability to work overtime as needed
