Responsibilities include gathering, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to batch recipes, ensuring dough is delivered correctly, recording batch data, performing metal detector checkups, monitoring dough temperature, and changing dough sizes on various equipment. The role also requires monitoring and troubleshooting automated equipment, organizing dough in the cooler, ensuring print quality on trays, and operating the tray wash area according to company standards. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work with yeast and flour products, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling, work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees), and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery.
