About The Position

As a Production Associate, you'll help prepare raw ingredients and keep production moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift. This is an active position that requires standing for 8+ hour shifts, frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 75 pounds with assistance when required), pushing and pulling loaded pallets and product carts, and working in refrigerated, cold, and wet production environments. Responsibilities

• Preparing raw ingredients for production
• Moving pallets, ingredient carts, and product throughout the department
• Operating and working safely around production equipment
• Assisting with material handling and product flow
• Following production procedures and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Supporting teammates to meet daily production goals
• Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Participating in our Safety & Quality Excellence (SQE) Program
