Requirements

Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Flexible to work overtime, often with short notice, and to adapt to shift work.

Nice To Haves

A High School Diploma, GED, or vocational/technical certification is preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in operating electrical and mechanical manufacturing machinery is preferred.
Inventory control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Carry out shipping functions for finished goods and miscellaneous items in accordance with the SAP inventory management system.
Report any inventory discrepancies or shortages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Start up and shut down equipment and machinery, and adjust settings as required.
Inspect products and materials to ensure quality.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related issues.
Satisfactorily meet customer requirements.
Notify the Team Leader of any abnormalities in product or machinery promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
Complete other duties as assigned by management or the Team Leader.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, and safety-related policies.
