About The Position

The Production Associate will assemble residential water treatment systems at Water-Right, Inc., a subsidiary of A. O. Smith. A.O. Smith is a global leader in innovative technologies and energy-efficient solutions for water heating equipment, boilers, and water treatment products, with approximately 12,000 employees globally. Water-Right, Inc. provides water quality solutions with a complete line of products and also operates retail facilities (Clean Water Centers) and a state-certified lab (Clean Water Testing, LLC). The successful candidate will accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components and will be trained to work all phases of the assembly line, including tank filling, final assembly, and packaging. The role requires the ability to work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs
• Ability to obtain a fork lift certification within 60 days of hire
• Measurement/mathematical skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Good attitude and team player
