Production Associate-Russ Box
About The Position
International Paper is seeking Production Associates for their Russellville, AR facility. This is a full-time, hourly position on either the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. M-F) or 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sun-Thurs). Candidates must be available and willing to work either shift. The role involves performing various tasks related to production, including counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, using gauges and test equipment, applying basic shop math, inspecting products, and completing quality and administrative documents. Additionally, the position includes clean-up functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the work area, and managing scrap.

- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- Cleaning functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
