About The Position

This is an entry-level role supporting production operations and assisting the facility and maintenance team with general tasks. The position involves operating basic machinery, assembling and packaging materials, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Additionally, the role includes assisting with general upkeep, delivering parts and tools, performing basic preventive maintenance under supervision, and reporting facility issues.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
0–3 months experience working in a manufacturing environment (training provided).
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills and ability to use hand tools.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate basic machinery and tools following work instructions.
Assemble, package, and handle materials.
Perform visual quality inspections and report defects.
Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety procedures.
Assist facility and maintenance team with general upkeep (cleaning, organizing tools and supplies).
Assist facility and maintenance team with delivering parts and tools.
Assist facility and maintenance team with basic preventive maintenance tasks under supervision (e.g., lubricating equipment, replacing filters).
Report facility issues such as lighting, leaks, or minor repairs.
Support compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
