About The Position
Jer-Den Plastics, a leading manufacturer specializing in rotational molding, is seeking Production Associates to join their Associate-Owner Team. All training will be provided on-site at their Saint Louis, MI facility. Associates must be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and be able to work cooperatively with all departments and employees.

Responsibilities
- Operate overhead hoists, pallet jacks, forklifts.
- Verify mold identification are correct and molds are operational.
- Verify parting lines clean.
- Clamps functioning properly.
- Vent tubes clean with proper wrap/ material.
- Verify that the correct materials/ weights are loaded into the molds.
- Verify that finished/ work in progress products are packaged and labeled appropriately.
- Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Label and grind production scrap.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Identify and report any issues with machines, molds, equipment, materials or product to Supervisor.
