This role is for a Production Associate in Troy, MI, working the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am. The pay rate is $20.80/hr. The company is looking for individuals ready to start a long-term manufacturing career with a company that invests in its employees. These openings are filling quickly.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and performing physical work for extended periods
• Ability to earn and maintain Hi-Lo (forklift) and crane certifications
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment after training
• Loading and unloading production machinery
• Moving materials, parts, and work-in-process throughout the facility
• Assisting with fitting, welding, fabrication, and assembly operations
• Cleaning and preparing metal parts for welding, painting, or shipping
• Performing visual quality and safety inspections at the start of each shift
• Keeping work areas, equipment, and machinery clean and organized
• Reporting equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
• Supporting various departments as production needs change
