Production Associate - Third Shift
About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
- Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
- Visual acuity.
- Basic math skills.
- Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening).
- Must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, pack and inspect ceramic cores
- Operate production machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
- Cross training in various operational areas
