Requirements

3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
Great attendance is a critical requirement.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic Math skills – ability to measure and calculate.
The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery involved in material windings, material slitting, material cuffing & sheeting, and wholesale production.
Follow operating procedures and safety protocols for various machines in the production process.
Using tape measures and calipers to conduct quality checks.
Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading materials onto machines and unloading finished products.
Utilize equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks for material movement when required.
Assemble parts together using glue and other adhesives.
Assist with packaging goods to be shipped.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Adhere to the health and safety guidelines.
Work fluidly with other departments to ensure products are shipped out on time.
Additional duties as assigned within your department.
