About The Position

Join Carrier as a production associate and help build top-quality heating equipment. You’ll work with your hands, assembling parts, operating machines, and ensuring our products meet high standards—all in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and stand for 10 hours a day.
• Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
• Shifts are 10 hours per day and may include periodic mandatory overtime on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tubing, pipe fittings, sheet metal, motors, and other furnace components.
• Operate handheld power tools to fasten hardware and components.
• Operate machines, inspect and test products to ensure quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner (24 second cycle time).
• Follow site safety rules and report any environmental concerns immediately.
