About The Position

The Production Associate will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. This role involves measuring and cutting raw materials, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Safety is paramount, and associates must follow all safety guidelines. Collaboration with team members and cross-training are essential for optimizing production processes. Accurate and timely completion of documentation and reports is also required.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations
