About The Position

This is an entry-level manufacturing position as a Production Associate with Avient. The role involves performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department. The associate is responsible for ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures. Avient is a global team that creates materials used in various applications, including personal protective equipment, recycling innovations, and eco-friendly transportation solutions, aiming to build a better future and give back to communities.

Responsibilities

• Performing weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department
• Ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost
