About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Trim Picking Production Associate to join their team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, organizing, packaging, and staging steel trims for delivery. Team members play an important role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and teamwork throughout the operation.

Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Able to be on your feet 90% of the work day.
Reliable Transportation, Attendance, & Punctuality.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

No previous warehouse or metal building experience is required - we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Pick, package and stage steel building trim packages according to a daily schedule.
Verify material and quantities for accuracy and quality.
Use a handheld scan gun and able to do some computer work.
Learn product colors and trim profiles.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
Work Closely in a team environment.
Assist with some forklift and customer service responsibility.
