Internal conversion DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Electronic assembly, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts. Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings. Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC. Requirements

Must possess good manual dexterity and be able to read and build from procedures and prints.
Experience in soldering and knowledge of associated tools helpful.
Requires the ability to function as part of a team.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and processes.
Strong communication skills in both written and oral English
Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

Experience in electronics manufacturing desired
