About The Position

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Gallipolis, Ohio. This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving the assembly, testing, and inspection of small electric motors and components. The ideal candidate is dependable, has good attention to detail, is comfortable working in a production environment, and is willing to learn and cross-train in different areas of the facility.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, machine operation, or similar experience is preferred but may not be required.

Responsibilities

Assemble small electric motors and motor components.
Use hand tools, fixtures, and semi-automated production equipment.
Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
Perform basic electrical and mechanical testing.
Identify defective components or problems with the production process or equipment.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the Team Lead.
Meet established production, quality, and attendance expectations.
Work as part of a team and assist with cross-training in different production areas.
Be willing to perform overtime when required by production needs.
