About The Position

Our Maize, KS facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our manufacturing team. At this facility, we produce propane cylinders used by customers across the country. The production associate is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong attendance, works safely, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or related experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for production
• Follow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements
• Load and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstation
• Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trained
• Notify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standard
• Count, package, crate, and identify parts and finished products
• Maintain required production and quality records
• Report material shortages or production concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles
• Work individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
