Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Production Associate located at our plant in Appleton, WI. No experience is necessary! Starting at $21.84/hour with an opportunity to earn up to $24.00 within 3-6 months 12-hour shifts with no mandatory overtime 2/2/3 schedule with double time pay on Sundays

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Like working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team orientation.
• Positive attitude.
• Enjoy repetitive work.
• Ability to sit and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Ability to work with one or both hands.
• Ability to do clerical work up to full production requirements.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a department and train on multiple machines.
• Package product into designated cartons.
• Inspect product for quality assurance.
• Palatize finished product.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.
