About The Position

Viracon LLC is hiring entry-level Production Associates for its day shift team in Owatonna, Minnesota. No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a long-term manufacturing career. The role involves preparing workstations and materials, handling and processing glass products, inspecting quality, and following safety and production procedures in a fast-paced team environment. The stated starting pay is $20.55 per hour plus a day-shift premium. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

Be dependable and reliable.
Be available to work 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Be able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Be comfortable standing for extended periods.
Be able to safely lift 50 to 60 pounds regularly.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.
To be considered for direct hire, meet at least one of the following: have at least six months of continuous employment with one employer within the past three years; have completed at least six months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months; have military service within the past five years with an honorable discharge; or have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent within the past 12 months.
