About The Position
We are seeking Production Associates to join a growing team at a plastic injection molding manufacturing facility in Bellevue, OH. This role involves loading and unloading components, performing quality inspections, and assembling/packaging parts.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to quality and detail

- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Load and unload molded plastic components
- Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
- Trim, sort, assemble, and package parts as required
- Monitor production processes and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions
