About The Position

BlueScope is seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Production Associates. This role involves assisting in the production process by loading and unloading materials, supplying or holding materials or tools, inspecting and wrapping products, and stacking and banding materials. The company welcomes candidates of all backgrounds, whether experienced in production or eager to learn. The hours for this position are Sunday night to Friday morning from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with some overtime required. The pay is $20.63 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc.
Assembles materials with a torque gun and assists in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
Utilizes measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
Actively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
Supports housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
