About The Position

We are seeking a Production Associate for our 2nd shift, working from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Previous experience in cosmetics manufacturing or personal care products is a plus. This role involves soap product manufacturing, including packaging and production line duties. Responsibilities include safely removing soap from molds using automated and manual hoist systems, and operating manual and hydraulic cutting equipment to cut soap into loaf or bar form. Quality assurance is key, involving measuring and verifying specifications of large soap bricks before cutting, and maintaining a clean and orderly work station, equipment, and utensils. Other duties may include operating material handling equipment (OSHA Certification Preferred), and operating pumps and valves for liquid ingredients. The role also encompasses packaging, labeling, boxing, palletizing, and shipping finished products.

Requirements

Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting trays.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
Steel toe / nonslip shoes are required.

Nice To Haves

Previous cosmetics manufacturing, or personal care products experience is welcome.
OSHA Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities
