Requirements

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy doors as needed.
• Wood Working: 1 year (Required)
• Hand Tools: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience staining wood doors or similar wood finishing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of stains, finishes, and wood types is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces of wood doors for staining by sanding, cleaning, and applying pre-stain conditioner as necessary.
• Apply stains and finishes evenly and consistently to achieve desired color and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and maintaining staining equipment.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
