About The Position
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate Vacation Relief to join their bakery team. This entry-level role is crucial for safely and consistently producing high-quality products for customers. The position involves operating machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and handling materials. Associates will also be responsible for quality control, identifying and addressing issues to minimize waste, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and quality standards. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- 1-3 Years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable in a warm working environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities
- Perform various duties including, but not limited to; safe operation of high-powered machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving and/or stacking materials and equipment used in the production of fresh baked products.
- Examine and reject products that do not meet specification; observe, maintain, and address issues to prevent and reduce waste.
- Participate and successfully complete all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and Superior quality standards.
