We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Sewing Associates. This role involves sewing various components of our high-quality seating products with precision, ensuring durability and attention to detail in every stitch. In addition to competitive hourly wages, this role offers monthly bonus potential based on meeting individual key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in industrial sewing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, join, gather fabric parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and sewing instructions.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform minor repairs or adjustments to sewing equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.
  • Communicate any production issues or concerns to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
