About The Position

Voltage Energy is growing its manufacturing team and invites you to attend our Production Hiring Event for our new Timberlake, NC manufacturing facility. This event is for Production Associates and Quality Inspectors. On-the-site interviews will be conducted with candidates who have completed an employment application, and qualified candidates may receive conditional offers of employment the same day. The starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with an expected start date in September 2026. Overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts may be required based on production schedules and business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Quality Inspectors: 2+ years of incoming inspection, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
