About The Position

This role involves completing various tasks to meet production schedules in a paint department. Responsibilities can include masking/demasking, loading/unloading, caulking, pre-inspection, and operating equipment such as blow-off and shot blast machines. Additional training may be provided for qualified candidates to operate forklifts. No prior industrial painting experience is required. Safety procedures and provided personal protective equipment must be followed at all times.

Requirements

• Prior work experience
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Forklifts
• Experience in masking/demasking, loading/unloading, shot blasting, etc.
• Experience in equipment paint processing
• Experience in top coat, prime coat and electrostatic paint
• Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings
