In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment. Maintain Quality: Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures helps minimize costs and quality exposures. Achieve Production Goals: Operating manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations. Support Teamwork: Communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow. Environmental Responsibility: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment. Continuous Improvement: Engaging in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills. Housekeeping and Maintenance: Keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.

Requirements

• Operating basic production machinery or equipment
• Assembling, packaging, labeling, or inspecting products
• Following safety and quality procedures
• Meeting production targets and schedules
• Recording production information
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Reporting equipment problems or product defects to supervisors
• Willing to get PIV licenses to drive tugger and forklift
