Production Associate II
About The Position
Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company and a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, is seeking a Production Associate II for its Consumables Department in DeLand, FL. This on-site role offers a leadership opportunity and is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all tasks related to the production of complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. The associate will work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel with minimal supervision, maintain accurate records, and collect data for Engineering. Requirements
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent
- Minimum two years of production/manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Operating corrugating/pleating equipment.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and/or schematics.
- Utilizing scorecards or other process tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.
- Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision.
- Maintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.
