The Production Associate position is responsible for ensuring products are assembled and/or packed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient and high-quality manufacturing that meets customer and regulatory requirements and supports overall operations. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the final inspection and packaging of medical devices, helping ensure each product is ready for customer use.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for conducting quality checks and ensuring that products meet specifications.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read, understand, and follow written work instructions, procedures, and production-related documentation are essential.
  • Teamwork skills are necessary for collaborating with colleagues to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols is vital to maintain a safe working environment.
