Grace Technologies is seeking a Production Associate II for their facility in Davenport, IA. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime. Requirements

Previous soldering experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Good manual dexterity and pride in quality work
Attention to detail
Ability to follow written work instructions and bills of materials
Comfortable learning different areas of production
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Previous manufacturing experience
High school diploma

Soldering and product assembly
Building GracePort® products
Kitting components and materials
Picking parts and orders
Inspection and quality checks
Packaging and shipping
Receiving and inventory support
Using work instructions, build charts, bills of materials, and product configurations to ensure correct product building and adherence to customer specifications
Assisting coworkers to keep orders moving and customers taken care of
