About The Position

Ventek Solutions is hiring a Production Associate II for its integrated materials plant in Findlay, Ohio. The position is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. It reports to the Shift Supervisor. Starting wage is $20.34 per hour, plus a $0.75-per-hour shift differential.

The Production Associate II performs hands-on production and packing work, including assembling, packing, closing, and stacking boxes; removing finished parts from a press; visually inspecting parts for quality; and moving them to designated areas. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, identifying and reporting quality defects, and supporting Ventek’s quality and safety policies. Work takes place in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and involves coordination with other departments and teams.

Requirements

• Have attention to detail and the ability to spot defects on the packing line.
• Be able to perform physical labor for extended periods in extreme temperatures.
• Be able to frequently bend, stand, stoop, and grasp, and remain standing and mobile throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Be able to infrequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Be willing to work overtime, typically on Saturdays.
• Be able to work in ambient temperatures.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, close, and stack boxes.
• Pack boxes according to instructions.
• Remove finished parts from the press, visually inspect them for quality, and move them to designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify and report quality defects to the quality team, processing team, or supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Perform duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
