About The Position

This role involves assembling filters by placing various media into pre-assembled frames, pouring urethane, and securing them with measures like bolts or staples. The associate will also clean excess urethane, confirm frame squareness according to specifications, and measure/maintain correct pleat counts where applicable. The position requires producing quality filters that meet company specifications in a fast-paced environment and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble filters – put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.
• Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).
• Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
• Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).
• Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
