As a Production Associate I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines. This role involves advanced manual work such as UV Bond, soldering, and crimping, while maintaining clean room standards and ensuring quality adherence to manufacturing process requirements. You will build product by following all certified processes, meeting manufacturing goals, and recording information accurately. The position also requires a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, handling and transporting components, operating manufacturing equipment, and potentially training others. You will also be involved in red-lining documents for correction, executing validation protocols with supervision, and supporting continuous improvements. Meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, is essential.
