About The Position

Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate I to join their Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This role is crucial for operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. A fundamental aspect of this role is maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality filtration products. In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, operate advanced manufacturing equipment, contribute to process improvements, and participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Up to 1 year of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other applicable experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
  • Working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
  • Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.
