About The Position

This role involves performing basic machine setup and operation, ensuring adherence to job instructions and quality standards. The associate will be responsible for material handling, quality assessment, reconciliation of output, and basic machine maintenance. The position requires a team-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Possess a valid State issued Driver’s License or Identification Card in the applicable state of employment at all times
Demonstrates a can-do team attitude with the ability to take direction and assist others in a professional manner
Ability to read, learn, apply and retain basic operational procedures for the running of equipment.
Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented; ability to multi-task
Able to count, balance counts, and escalate issues beyond basic troubleshooting skills.
Basic Data Entry skills are required
Basic computer/touch screen experience
Able to use applications on a desktop or mobile device that requires selecting/clicking/scrolling activity.

Responsibilities

Perform basic machine setup and operation, including camera, profiles, and settings.
Review job instructions and validate output against instructions and samples.
Pull and/or validate materials for job runs based on instructions.
Make mailing standard quality assessments and escalate issues, errors, and machine anomalies.
Follow standard operating procedures for mail pulls, tray checks, alignment, and other processes.
Reconcile and balance job output for accuracy and quality.
Accurately stack, tray, or palletize finished output and stage for the next process step.
Perform machine clean-up and basic maintenance procedures.
Return inventory accurately and maintain a clean workspace.
Alert management to downtime opportunities and support all production steps.
Perform other department duties as assigned.
