Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Assemble parts or products according to specifications, using tools or machines to complete tasks such as fitting, welding, or fastening.
Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors for corrective action.
Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods for production processes.
Ensure that the necessary materials are readily available for the production team.
Operate manufacturing equipment, monitor performance, and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain production speed and quality.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Report unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors immediately.
Maintain accurate production records, including time logs, inventory counts, quality checks, and report progress to team leaders or supervisors.
Suggest ways to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows to meet production targets.
Work closely with other production team members, including engineers, quality control, and maintenance teams, to meet production goals and deadlines.
